Well I am not going to give you a history on were nose studs came from and who invented them , blah,blah,balh. What a load of waffle, what you want is a helpful blog that will make your mind up on what to have pierced through your nose. Well if you are anything like my family they went ballistic when I said I was going to have some added facial jewelry through my nose. Well it’s not their face and aslong as you are of legal age the decision is really yours.
Now obviously there are thousands of types of nose piercing and nose studs you can choose from , whether big or small , OTT or just simple and elegant , you need to think of how much you will wear the nose studs or are they going to be a permanent fixture. There are styles of nose stud that can be used on a temporary basis or even a one of which utilizes glue, so not even a piercing involved, come to think of it that’s a really good one to wind your family up.
So let’s get onto the usual bit , price is relatively cheap as most high street stores do have a wide variety of ranges and styles to choose from , although you can spend a lot if you are looking for let’s say a diamond nose stud , but be honest that out of reach of most of us.
Pain is always going to be a question, it no more painful than having your ears pierced, so don’t let any horror stories put you off. And as always with nay body piercing always keep the piercing clean until the whole has established itself.
